What to do in your free-time?

We live in a age in which activities like acquiring food and other basic necessities of life, which would consume most of our time, can be done without any-time expenditure at-all. Food that use to take-up all the time in the old days, can now be delivered to our door-step in 30-mins or less.

Never in the history of mankind, we had this much free-time on our hands. Yes, but it’s sad to say, that the majority of us waste it. We turn on our T.V or start playing Video-Games, we medicate ourselves with weed or other such substances: Alcohol, Drugs, and Pornography, etc. Just to burn time. What a complete Waste!
What you should really be doing with all this free time are these things, if you are even the slightest bit serious about the becoming a winner in The Game of Life.
Here are the four most important things in (my opinion) you need to start spending your free time on:

1. Exercise: Now this first task is crucial, with so much free time on our hands, we need to have the energy to remain active, during all day-long.

A few centuries ago we used to move around and lift heavy things a lot. Almost all of mankind jobs required some sort of physical effort.

Whether it’d be tending to the farms or creating tools in the workshop. But now a day’s most of us work behind computer screens and registers.

We aren’t getting the right amount of exercise that our health requires, to function properly.

If you don’t have energy, you are gonna spend the majority of your free time on effortless things like Netflix and Gaming. A simple workout program

Like starting “ A daily & simple” exercise routine is enough for you to get started for improving your fitness, and gaining more energy throughout the day.

2. Reading: Ok, I know you have probably heard this advice a million times over. But hear me out at least. The stuff that you are learning in school or maybe college is

Outdated. The large majority of information, you are learning over their will not be used once you graduate.

This means that the large majority of people don’t even know, what in the world are they doing? Real life knowledge like: managing finances, social skills,

Dating, diet and fitness, etc. are not existent things to the general population. In my opinion, this is a very good thing for you.

Because this means that you can easily climb to the top. Because, well you competition kind a sucks. A famous entrepreneur once said that, “you can

Become an expert in any field by reading just 3 books, on the subject.”

By simply reading 3 books you’ll know more about any subject than 99% of people out there. Look, if you wanna succeed, at the game of life? You have to

                          Read the instruction manual.

Focus your reading on self-development books. As they provide practical knowledge, that can be applied in real life.

3. Meditation or (Praying): Meditation is one of those things that have been proven a hundred times over to be extremely beneficial. Yet, nobody does it. Why! Well

It’s probably, on the surface one of the most boring tasks out there. You sit down, and you do nothing, right. Well there is a lot more to it than that.

When you meditate you are actually training your brain. You learn how to control what thoughts to focus on and which ones to ignore, to become a

Happier Person. You’ll also have a lot more mental energy throughout the day.

It’s so important, actually, that if you have to ask me, which one habit could change your life. I’d instantly respond with “meditation”. Meditating for

Just 10 minutes a day is more than enough to start reaping the benefits.

4. Hobby/passion: It’s my strong belief that everyone has a passion, that triers the inner-child in them. It’s something that brings out a sort of excitement in you.

Instead of dreading the time spent on it, you kind a get lost in the exploration.

The reason I listed this as the last task is because the other three supplement your ability to work on your hobby or your passions.

Reading gives you the knowledge to grow in your hobby. Meditation gives you the headspace for creativity and exercise ultimately gives your body the energy to focus on this Hobby, even after a long day, of work.
This hobby of yours, whether it’d be a dance, art, writing, creating your own fantasy castles, etc. whatever it is, your source of fulfillment,
Without it you will not feel, whole. You will feel like as if something is missing in your life, and it’s my firm belief that if you work on you hobby long enough and own your craft.
You can eventually turn it into a source of income. Once you reach this stage, your life will transform into the one that you dreamt of, from the one that you dreaded. And that’s
It guys. These are the four tasks in my opinion that are the most important things that you should focus on, whenever you are free. Rather than wasting your precious time on binge

Watching Netflix, etc.
