What to do in your
free-time?
We live in a age in which
activities like acquiring food and other basic necessities of life, which would
consume most of our time, can be done without any-time expenditure at-all. Food
that use to take-up all the time in the old days, can now be delivered to our
door-step in 30-mins or less.
Never in the history of mankind, we had this much free-time on our hands. Yes, but it’s
sad to say, that the majority of us waste it. We turn on our T.V or start
playing Video-Games, we medicate ourselves with weed or other such substances: Alcohol, Drugs, and
Pornography, etc. Just to burn time. What
a complete Waste!
What you should really be doing with all
this free time are these things, if you are even the slightest bit serious
about the becoming a winner in The Game of Life.
Here are the four most important
things in (my opinion) you need to start
spending your free time on:
1. Exercise: Now this first task is crucial, with so much free time on our hands,
we need to have the energy to remain active, during all day-long.
A few centuries ago we used to move around and lift
heavy things a lot. Almost all of mankind jobs required some sort of physical effort.
Whether it’d be tending to the farms or
creating tools in the workshop. But now a day’s most of us work behind computer screens and registers.
We aren’t
getting the right amount of exercise that our health requires, to function
properly.
If you don’t have energy, you are gonna
spend the majority of your free time on effortless things like Netflix and Gaming.
A simple workout program
Like
starting “ A daily & simple” exercise
routine is enough for you to get started
for improving your fitness, and gaining more energy throughout the day.
2. Reading: Ok, I know you have probably
heard this advice a million times over. But
hear me out at least. The stuff that you are learning in school or maybe
college is
Outdated. The
large majority of information, you are learning over their will not be used
once you graduate.
This means that the large majority of people don’t even know, what in the
world are they doing? Real life knowledge like: managing finances, social
skills,
Dating,
diet and fitness, etc. are not existent things to the general population. In my opinion, this is a very good thing for
you.
Because
this means that you can easily climb to the top. Because, well you competition
kind a sucks. A famous entrepreneur once said that, “you can
Become an expert in any field by reading just 3 books, on the subject.”
By simply
reading 3 books you’ll know more about any subject than 99% of people out
there. Look, if you wanna succeed, at the game of life? You have to
Read the
instruction manual.
Focus your reading on
self-development books. As they provide practical knowledge, that can be
applied in real life.
3. Meditation or (Praying): Meditation
is one of those things that have been proven a hundred times over to be extremely beneficial. Yet, nobody does it. Why!
Well
It’s probably,
on the surface one of the most boring tasks out there. You sit down, and you do
nothing, right. Well there is a lot more to it than that.
When you
meditate you are actually training your brain.
You learn how to control what thoughts to focus on and which ones to ignore, to
become a
Happier Person. You’ll
also have a lot more mental energy throughout the day.
It’s so important, actually, that if you have to ask
me, which one habit could change your life. I’d instantly respond with “meditation”. Meditating for
Just 10 minutes a day
is more than enough to start reaping the benefits.
4. Hobby/passion: It’s my strong belief that everyone has a passion, that triers the inner-child in
them. It’s something that brings out a sort of excitement in you.
Instead of dreading the
time spent on it, you kind a get lost in the exploration.
The
reason I listed this as the last task is because the other three supplement your ability to work on your hobby
or your passions.
Reading
gives you the knowledge to grow in your hobby. Meditation gives you the headspace
for creativity and exercise ultimately gives your body the energy to focus on
this Hobby, even after a long day, of work.
This hobby of yours,
whether it’d be a dance, art, writing, creating your own fantasy castles, etc.
whatever it is, your source of
fulfillment,
Without it you will not feel, whole. You will feel like as if something
is missing in your life, and it’s my firm belief that if you work on you hobby long enough and own your craft.
You can eventually turn
it into a source of income. Once you reach this stage, your life will transform
into the one that you dreamt of, from the one that you dreaded.
And that’s
It guys. These are the four tasks in my opinion that are the most important things that you should focus on, whenever you are free. Rather than wasting
your precious time on binge
Watching Netflix, etc.

Why People of No-Fap
Succeed!
First of all let me explain,
what No-Fap is, for those who may not know yet. It means no masturbation, no
porn watching, and no other sort of erotica material usage. Now that’s out of
the way, let us ponder over the reason why people of No-Fap have found success
in their lives.
It’s like this,
whenever you do your favorite activity in life, you feel great. The
feeling is enhanced by the fact if that favorite things earned
through hard-work and self-sacrifice. There are many things in life of this sort,
for example: when you get an amazing
grade after studying for an exam,
and pulling many sleepless nights for it. And when you get that promotion that
you have been eyeing at for a couple of years
now, you feel phenomenal, after achieving it.
But even when you open up you lap-tap and
you go on some sleazy website, and you masturbate to porn you feel good
too. These are all rewards, but the difference between them and the act of PMO
(watching porn, masturbating, and eventually reaching a climax.) that separate it
from the rest of the rewards is the fact, which you don’t really have to work
for it. It is virtually effortless to obtain.
Let’s put things into perspective here. In
order to get that satisfying feeling that comes with getting a good grade, you
have to go to class. You have to take semi-decent notes. And eventually you
have to study for it. This requires a significant amount of time and effort.
But watching porn on the other hand is as
easy as it can be. You start-up your computer and you click your mouse a couple
of times, until you find a video that you like. And instantaneously you can
reward yourself, with pleasure.
On top of that, porn and
masturbation triggers one of the most powerful and pleasing rewards your body
can naturally give itself.
It’s a reward that, you normally only achieve by meeting a potential mate coming off as an attractive mate, and eventually growing the balls to make a
move and having sex. But nowadays it’s available at the click of a button.
Imagine, if you could get an “A” on
any test or exam by just a click of a button! Would you ever put in the effort and time to study? If you could lose weight or gain a lot of muscle and an attractive body, with just a click of a button. Will any one be mad enough!
To ever think of going to gym again. After all that hard, sweaty, fatigue, and
pain filled gym routines. Will anyone adjust their diet?
If you could eat anything or any amount of junk-food and still remain healthy,
will you ever go on a diet or eat your greens? (That is, if you are not into
greens as much as porn itself?)
The same way, if you could get any girl
or a guy with just the click of a button, will anyone ever work on their social skills or even bother to think about others feelings and their likes and
dislikes.(Most of us would not even stop taking showers before a date!!!). Will
you try to look handsome or pretty or more
attractive, if you can get them
through clicking buttons?
See people who masturbate and watch porn a
lot, often report of lower levels of motivation and energy. This is because for
the simple reason, that is that one of the most pleasurable thing in nature is
already in arms reach, at the click of a button. There’s been a movement in the
past couple of years that’s gathered a lot of momentum, called the No-Fap
movement. Its members try to resist the temptations, which is literally plastered
all over the place in modern societies.
The majority of its members who stop PMO for
over 30 days have reported some of the following benefits:
1.
They
have increased levels of motivation.
2.
Increased levels of energy.
3.
And
increased levels of confidence in social interactions.
It’s like this, when
you tell your body, that you are only ever going to get this tasty, beautiful, and pleasurable reward if you actually go out there and earn it.
Your body will start to adjust to the new circumstances, so that it becomes
possible. It’s going to give you the energy and the motivation that you need
for that journey.
So stop rewarding yourself today for doing
absolutely nothing and you will see a change very soon. And it’s not just watching porn, which can have this effect. There are other
rewards out there that can have the same detrimental effect on your lifestyle.
Things like sugary foods, video games, drugs, and alcohol. All these things are
some form of instant gratifications.
They’re too easy to obtain and they provide
short bursts of pleasures. And the reason people who do No-Fap find themselves
on the path of success or on a path of upward growth, is not just because they
don’t watch porn or masturbate. It’s actually because they’ve retaught
themselves, how to put in the time and
effort, before reaping
the rewards of their labor.
They know that, they have to put in the
work in order to succeed, to exercise in order to feel healthy,
to study to feel smarter, to meditate(pray) in order to feel happier,
etc. what members of No-Fap are actually doing, is they’re forcing themselves to succeed in order to feel pleasure. When you reward yourself for
doing nothing, all the time, you’ll find out that your mentality will be just
like that of a dog. Who is given too many treats, for no apparent reason, who
becomes lazy and unmotivated?
Ask yourself this… Am I rewarding myself all
the time for doing absolutely nothing?

Which came first?
Hi guys and welcome, in this post we will be discussing the centuries old question,
“Which came first” the chicken or the chicken egg?
This is a question that has plagued philosophers and the layman alike, with
no satisfactory answer for centuries. But luckily for us, we live in an age
In which enough “genetic and fossils” research data is available to answer
this question.
So let’s get started.
First of all: we know one thing for sure that the egg lying land animals like lizards and other
reptiles existed way before the chicken ever
Came about. So in strictly technical terms, the egg existed
before the chicken.
But this question of (chicken or the chicken egg) is more of
a “cause and effect” category. In which case for one thing to happen first
something
Else, also should have happened.
It’s like this: if a chicken is born from an egg! Where did
the egg came from? Logic dictates, that the egg must also have come from a chicken
and that
Chicken also must
have come from another egg! So which came first?
Let’s break the question apart.
There are valid arguments on both sides of the spectrum in
this problem.
For example: the Protein
OV-17 from which the chicken egg-shell is made of, can only be
manufactured inside the ovary of the
chicken.
So without the chicken, the chicken
egg-shell cannot be formed. So far so good, but at this point another
question raise its head and which as
To be answered first. The question is that, what is a Chicken
Egg?
An Egg that is laid by a
chicken or an Egg that contains a chicken. Obviously the chicken must
have come from somewhere?
But! If, for example: a Cow laid an egg, from which a cat
came out. Then technically, is it a cow’s egg or a cat’s egg?
This leads to the other side of the argument, which says, “That
during mating two organisms combine their genetic information in the form of
DNA”. But this genetic information is never 100% exact
duplication of their parents’ jeans, but instead, produce minor changes, for
the new
Organism.
These changes than leads to mutation
and creation of new species.
But these mutations, must occur in the zygote or very early
developmental stages of an early cell. So in this case an early chicken specie,
Suppose a “Proto-Chicken” mated with another Proto-chicken and produced an egg. And from this
egg because of mutation the first “Real-Chicken”
Was produced. So in
this way the egg came first, from a Proto-chicken egg.
But then another
question is raised, that is, whether this egg is a Chicken egg or a Proto-Chicken egg!!
We all know that, only one mutation cannot result in the creation of a
new specie. The process of evolution is very slow and no-one event or
One generation,
between Proto-Chicken and todays
Chicken can be considered an
evolutionary leap. Just like the breeding of domestic dogs
From wolves. It
occurred very slowly and over the period of a very long-time, by the process of
selective-breeding and many generations.
So this leaves us with two
scenarios:
1.
In the
first scenario, some pre-historic egg-lying organisms lead to the creation of a
Proto-Chicken, and then the Proto-Chicken laid eggs in which
Mutation
occurred due to some unknown factors. From this egg came the first real chicken, which then laid ‘chicken eggs.’ In this way
The
Chicken came first.
2.
In the
second scenario, a Proto-Chicken laid a ‘Chicken egg’ due to mutation, from
this came out, the first real chicken. In this way the egg came
Came
first.
Which leads us back
to the original question, “what is a Chicken egg?”
We don’t need the
answer of this question any more. Because whether the first chicken
came from a Chicken egg or whether it came from a
Proto-Chicken egg.
We are sure of one thing,
that the egg definitely came first.
The Video Version.
